I’ve seen this book series come up quite a few times for study material recommendations and am considering buying the N3 (and maybe N2 if I’m feeling adventerous) level book.
Now the JLPT isn’t for awhile, but I also kind of want to hammer down and confirm that I have N5-N4 downpat as well which is conveniently combined into one book. Would it be worth buying all three in that case (N5-N4, N3, and N2)?

I like the book, but there is a lack of variation in the question type. If you are to get the book, it might be wise to use another source for practice questions as well to get used to the different formats before the test.
