Hi, I’m wondering is there a traveling guide on all the museums on the Imperial Japanese Navy?
Naturally I’m a fan of the 大日本帝国海軍, I want to visit as many museums as possible, if there are the kind that’s on or around an actual warship like the Mikasa, I’d be totally down.
Now, I could either locate all of them by manually finding them using google and google map one by one, or I could just find a tour guide, a blog of some sort.
My question is… is there such a guide/blog?

The (probably) non-exhaustive list would feature:
* Mikasa Historic Memorial Warship in Yokosuka (battleship Mikasa)
* Kure Maritime Museum (this includes JDS Akishio, Kairyu-class submarine, and a scaled model of Yamato)
* Kaiyomaru Musuem in Esashi, Hokkaido (Kaiyo Maru frigate replica)
* The Nippon Maru Museum Ship in Yokohama (training barque)
* Kaiwo Maru Museum Ship in Imizu, Toyama (sister-ship to Nippon Maru)
* Antarctic Museum and Former Research Ship Fuji in Nagoya (JDS icebreaker Fuji)
If you visit Yokohama there’s also a North Korean Spy ship you can visit.

Just off Takeshita street in Harajuku is a shrine dedicated to one of Japan’s Naval heroes.

In addition to what’s mentioned above there’s also a Navy Memorial Hall in Maizuru. I’ve never been though so not sure if it’s worth going
