The translation says, it means “Just who do you think you are?”
But I still need to know what is sama for in this sentence, and if you got a more accurate translation for this sentence plz tell me.

It’s used…ironically(?) condescendingly(?). Essentially equates to, what kind of high standing person do you think you are?

Sounds like the person saying this is angry (because they call you “Teme”) but they are also using the honorific “Sama” in an ironic way.
Maybe another way to say this would be “Omae wa dare-sama nandayo?!”

I think that’s it, right there. Literally it would be more like “What kind of lord are you?”. You’ll refer to someone who’s higher than you with 何とか様 in Japanese, so it’s basically like saying “what kind of 何とか are you?” The てめー part makes it into a dismissive statement.

It is used in a sarcastic tone here. It’s easy to overthink it, but it is just that, an insult. In English, we have phrases like “Who died and made you king?”, or “Okay princess, no need to make a fit.”, or “Aren’t you feeling high and mighty today.”
Sama (様) is a polite suffix used when referring to a person of higher status. The correct form of the expression is “nani sama dato omotterun da” (何様だと思ってるんだ). It’s probably intended as sarcasm in response to someone who is being haughty or pretentious.
“What great person do you think you are?” might be a fair literal translation. the さま is affixed to the なに to denote that the person is a superior or to be respected; that is, the person in question is being accused of believing that about himself.
It is kinda like “who do you think you are”
The “nani sama” being like “why do you think you are so high up that you require a sama at the send of your name”.
