I bought a baby crib on Mercari recently and the poor woman seller can’t seem to figure out how to fold it. (there are multiple videos on Youtube that make it look quite easy) I’ve tried to ask her to get help from a neighbor or friend but she can’t seem to find anyone to help. If she was nearby I’d drive out myself but I’m in Saitama and she’s in Oita-Ken.
So I guess I’m looking for advice on either using a shipping/moving company that can help or maybe anyone in the area (Oita-Ken, Hokyoji) that could help fold the crib closed. (will pay you for your time) Any advice is appreciated.

She could probably phone any shipping company or handyman service and get something sorted. What I’m not sure about is why she’s trying to figure out this stuff after the item has been sold and why you need to get involved. It’s her responsibility? I don’t know, I just say this as someone who’s sold a bunch of items on Mercari myself. It’s good on you for helping her, but you have zero obligation to do so…
