How many grams of uni per piece as pictured below?

1. Wanna buy a 100g box of uni but not sure how many pieces I would get out of it… thanks in advance for the help!

2. I’m not good at estimating weights but this is the exact photo that Catalina OP has on their [100g California Uni](https://catalinaop.com/product/premium-uni-california-100g-tray/). I believe that’s the one I bought from them a few years ago, which had 10 *very* large pieces. [Catalina themselves](https://catalinaop.com/california-sea-urchin-from-ocean-floor-to-your-door/) say the packages should contain 9-12 pieces. That makes them 8-11g each, and they could be double stacked in that photo.
