So I’ve noticed my gym is now offering “joyfit lite” which is quite a chunk cheaper than my regular membership. I always use the same store and never use any of their services (showers, lockers etc). Thing is the gym I go to is unmanned and the app says I need to talk to staff to activate it. Is there any way to change my membership from a website/e-mail/app or do I have to go out of my way to find a Joyfit that does have staff to make this change?

I got to Joyfit .. the staff is there during certain hours … check and go in when a staff member is there
