Is “Your Education” a good exchange company?

To anyone from NZ who has done a student exchange in Japan, which company did you do it through, and what was it like?

Anyone who has gone on an exchange with ‘Your Education’ please let me know if it is worth it and if the company is a good and fair one. After reading through the rules they set out, it seems quite strict and it looks like you basically sign yourself over to the company for the duration of the exchange. Is this so, or is it just for legal reasons that their rules seem so comprehensive?

thanks in advance
