I may need to send smaller or bigger amounts of money to family in the EU in the following months.
Which banks/services do you recommend, and for what amounts of money?
(For example if service A is recommended for amounts below 50万 yen, but service B has better rates between 50-500万, and then service C is better for anything more than 500万.)

transferwise for under 1M jpy, regular SWIFT transfer above. Get an account with Sony bank or Shinsei for better forex rates. Don’t try FF doing intl transfers with JPPostBank.
