There are videos By Tokini Andy on YouTube that walk through all grammar chapter by chapter for Genki which are awesome. There is also an excellent grammar series by Cure Dolly on YouTube.
Not sure if this is what you mean, but Nagoya University has a bunch of videos of lectures given in Japanese, with transcripts including English translations. Subjects include law, math, chemistry, etc.

For me, I like Pimsleur Audio books. I am a beginner so I cannot speak to the higher levels regarding complexity.
