What dictionary is used in 10ten (rikaichamp)?

I noticed that the 10ten browser extension has entries for many words that my current yomichan dictionaries don’t. I’m using JMdict/KireiCake for english and 明鏡国語辞典 for japanese definitions. Is the dictionary used by 10ten downloadable somewhere? Or do you guys know a dictionary for yomichan that covers a lot of rare slangy terms just like the 10ten extension?

  1. If you go into the options, you’ll see this:

    > Dictionary data

    > Includes data from JMdict/EDICT, KANJIDIC and JMnedict/ENAMDICT. This data is the property of the Electronic Dictionary Research and Development Group, and is used in conformance with the Group’s licence.

    > The pitch accent data was provided by Uros Ozvatic through his free database.

    > Word data v​2.0.160 (en)
    Based on JMdict/EDICT from 2023-05-12​.

    > Kanji data v​4.1.15 (en)
    Based on KANJIDIC 2023-052 from 2023-02-21​.

    > Name data v​3.0.194 (en)
    Based on JMnedict/ENAMDICT from 2023-05-12​.
