I’m on my first month of childcare leave and haven’t received a payment yet. My current company is on a downward slide and I’ve been presented with an offer from a new company.
From what I understand, one of the conditions of taking childcare leave is that you return to your company and work for at least 11 days a month for two years. Is this correct? What is the consequence for breaking this rule? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Is that a specific rule at your company?
On my previous company and new one they have the same rule. Can’t change jobs for one year after child care leave. Isn’t a government rule?
Work for one year, child care leave ; first one year, back to work, stay until kid complete 2 years old.
