Any experience eating halal in Noboribetsu?

Part of my Japan trip will include 2 days in Noboribetsu before we end in Sapporo. It’s not particularly difficult to find halal food in Sapporo, however Noboribetsu seems to be a problem. Just eating pescetarian or vegetarian isn’t an issue, however I’d like some guarentee in the separate preparation of the food and the use of separate utensils where possible. I’ve heard that Noboribetsu Sekisuitei provides halal food upon reservation, however I’ll be staying at Ryotei Hanayura and i’m not sure if Noboribetsu Sekisuitei will allow dine in.

Should I just bring enough halal food from Tokyo with me to last 2 days? Wondering if you guys have any insights into what I could do.
