I’ve finished Minna no Nihongo 1 & 2 with a Japanese language school plus some tutoring, and now we’ve moved up to 中級へ行こう (Chukyu e ikou).
I find it best to supplement my class and tutoring with additional materials, that can sometimes explain the grammar in way that I (as a native English speaker) might understand it. Or at least, in a slightly different verbose way that I can digest more slowly.
Has anyone got any recommendations for websites or materials that assist with understanding the grammar points from this book?

Personally I always like the Dictionary of Basic (Intermediate/Advanced) Japanese grammar. They are more technically worded than most explanations you find, but they are very useful.
I don’t know that specific book, but in general the single best supplemental grammar resource I have found are the *Dictionary of Japanese Grammar* books. They are expensive but IMO well worth it.
I’ve found “A Handbook of Japanese Grammar Patterns for Teachers and Learners English Version” to be helpful.
