Newest nigiri practice


I cured the salmon this time with salt, sugarz and rice vinegar. Turned out so great. Would highly recommend.

  1. I’m very intrigued by nigiri like this. Wondering why more places don’t do it. I’d much prefer these to maki rolls

  2. Is that linguine on top? I thought it was cheddar at first but it looks sauced.
