Tateyama kurobe alpine route help?

2. So you have a webticket? I think there is a machine you can pick it up from. You didn’t get any information with your ticket?

3. It sounds like you booked to depart Toyama Station (Dentetsu-Toyama) at 8:40am tomorrow, yes? Then you should be fine. You do not need to go to Tateyama Station to “get” your ticket. The agents at the gates will be able to sort you out, just show them a confirmation email or whatever information you have. I haven’t taken that particular line since the station remodel so it may have other access points, but if you just plug in the Lotteria, you’ll get close to it. It’s not in the “big” part of the station, it’s on the second floor, you access from the outside near ESTA.
   Honestly, if you need some help and are nearby, let me know. I will be at the station to do some shopping in a bit! I can show you.

4. Go to Toyama Station and pick up your ticket at the machine or the ticket office there. It’s technically the [Dentsu Toyama side of the station](https://maps.app.goo.gl/CQM7dNe2FHk9KuVUA?g_st=ic) but if you follow the signs you’ll find it. You need to get there early enough to pick up your tickets and get on the train that will get started on the route at the correct time for your reserved ticket. You could even maybe go there tonight and try to use the Tateyama Kurobe vending machine to get your tickets sorted so in the morning you can just get up and go.

5. If your ticket time is 8:40 from Tateyama, you will need to take whatever train will get you there by that time. They are strict on the cable car time.

   You should be able to pick up the ticket from Dentetsu Toyama even if the ticket “starts” from Tateyama and just buy the train ticket separately.
