愛してる is casual , 愛してます is formal. This is extremely strong in Japanese, like, eternal love kind of thing, in which context do you want to use it? Most cases people would just say (something or someone)大好きです (like a lot).

愛している and 愛しています is the same. Just that masu is a little more formal.
大好き is used more often in casual situations.
Usually I only use 愛してる with my wife and 大好き with my kids.
the second is what you would use with your spouse.
It is between people who know each other well (without the honorific ending show in the first one.)
