I have received the pension form but within it there is no form for pension exemption application. I am a university student and so is my roommate, but his pension form includes the pension exemption application form. Is this normal or should I go to my municiple office and apply for the exemption there?

Students pension exemption required yearly application, so generally if someone had applied in the previous year and the student ID on their file is still active, they will get simple form in the mail to renew. Otherwise you need to go to the city hall.
