Although epidemiological data from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) is based on passive surveillance, the number of incidents caused by Campylobacter jejuni and coli has increased since 1997, and they are the most common bacterial foodborne infection since 2003, replacing Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella spp. which had been responsible for most food poisoning in Japan
Don’t eat raw chicken anywhere.
Most of these look good but I’d definitely pass on the raw chicken one

Whooooo it looks so good!
Chicken sashimi scares me so much. Even with Japanese quality I’m still on the fence about it.
The chicken is a joke, right? It’s actually something else, RIGHT? please say that’s not raw chicken you’re supposed to eat
Is that salmonella sashimi?
What’s the first one please?
Mozzarella and tomatoes?
Wow I’ve never seen most of these dishes. How was your experience?
Raw chicken is dangerous even in Japan. The govt warns against it as it can contain camphylobacter.
