Hey! I was wondering if anyone knew what the suffix した was and how it’s used, because I can’t seem to find it anywhere. For context, the original phrase I read it from was 「お借りした音源」. I roughly understand that it means ‘borrowed sound source’ but I’m confused on how 借りる was able to become a noun like this, and if した can be used with other verbs to do the same.

お借りした音源 is a polite way of saying borrowed music source. した、いた makes verbs sound polite. Regular form for ‘Borrowed music source’ is 借りた音源.
it’s a humble/kenjougo conjugation
お+連用形+する
o + masu stem form + suru
there’s also honorific/sonkeigo
お+連用形+に+なる
these are constructions for being extra polite
