Not sure if I did not notice about it first I saw them but they seem to allow using their address to
register for a resident card now with some extra fee which make it seems like a good deal for remote worker who like to jump around from place to place (44k a month to book any of their rooms unlimited if \`I understand correctly).
Is there anyone here using their service or has used it before? Do they allow a non-Japanese speaker? Is their service any good? I tried email them a few days back but there is no response so not sure if they just ignored my English email or they usually response late.

I was about to go on my usual thing about remote working, but I actually remember you. You got the holy grail of remote work in Japan.
Honestly, I would suggest that you still go with your “base camp” idea from your initial post. Changing your registered address is a non-trivial bit of bureaucracy, so if you can avoid it by having a permanent address, that’s the way to go.
*Especially* given that ADDress has a maximum stay of 14 days. You do ***not*** want to be dealing with an official residence change every two weeks. That’s insane.
While it’s unlikely, you do **not** want to be caught living at a different address than is on your resident card.
