2. Aesthetically, doesn’t look as pretty as I’d expect anywhere in Tokyo. But I bet it tastes just as great. Was this like 400 yen?

   Just to be clear, I’m just saying the maki isn’t as evenly rolled/cut as I’d expect and the tuna neta is a bit broken. And the hand roll isn’t sealed. Nothing egregious lol I’m the one being super nitpicky here

5. I wish I could experience Tokyo/Japan for the first time again.

   But it’s my favorite place to visit, and I’ve been multiple times over the last few years. I’m hoping to get back there later this year or early next.

6. is this toro, chu toro, and otoro? just a guess from an uncultured american lol. i’ve recently tried otoro and it was incredible
