Lingodeer is more fitted to what you’ll probably see at the JLPT N5 test.
FWIW people add other resources not to just learn more but also to make it easier. So Lingodeer may be enough, but you may have an easier time adding Anki SRS for vocab memorisation, and WaniKani for Kanji and Youtube videos for when the lingodeer explanation just doesn’t cut it and Bunpro for SRS of that grammer etc.
The N5 is very chill. As long as you make an effort to practice, I think you’ll be fine regardless of which app you use.
