  2. 1 and 2 looks like they are better quality tuna like chutoro and ootoro

    4 looks like hamachi

  3. 1 look like Suzuki but I’m not so sure 3 is Katsuo and 5 is Hirame Engawa

  4. 3 bonito
    4 yellowtail top part
    5 yellowtail belly part
    6 salmon belly
    1 poor quality tuna? the wrong way cut
    Also can spot that cheap horrible wasabi powder 😀

    1. Amberjack
    2. Yellowtail
    3. Bonito
    4. Snapper
    5. Yellowtail belly
    6. Salmon belly

  6. Everyone is saying 6 is salmon belly. It is clearly salmon. But it looks seared to me. So it may or may not be salmon belly.

    4 and 5 are yellowtail.
