tried this combo for the first time last night, after eating those two uni handrolls with salmon roe and raw quail egg. blah, the yolk burst. 😕
but nonetheless still a worthy combo. 🙂
scallop also has that creamy flavor and texture that i like, though not as much as uni.
i give it 2nd place to that uni handroll.
