Task doubt

Having this question: あなたが知っている有名な事件やおもしろい事件を教えてください。I don’t really get what is it asking me to do, “事件” as in accident like someone fell, as in event like a wedding, as in trouble like I got caught cheating…
Don’t really know with what type of activity should I talk about, any help?

Thank you very much :DDD

  1. I could be wrong, so don’t take my word as gospel, but based on my understanding 事件 is kind of broad. It can be like an event or incident. What’s the context?

  2. “Jiken” in this context means “incident.” Source: I learned Japanese while living in Sapporo in the 1970s and still use it.
