1. The description says in Japanese at the bottom that it is “a lemon-flavored cheesecake with a soft sponge and two moist layers.

2. Definitely English error based on the katakana below. But honestly, the katakana doesn’t make a ton of sense either. The katakana “probably” says Chiffon Bob, but the Chiffon should be シフォン and not シュフォン, so my guess is it’s just creative naming that got further mixed up in translation.

3. To me it seems like a botched transliteration. The Japanese name of the cake writes _shufon bobu_.
   So it wouldn’t sound anything like _boob_. Maybe it has something to do with _chiffon_ as in _chiffon cake_. But i couldn’t find the origin of the name anywhere…

4. Schoon in dutch means “clean”
