Looking for recommendations to make the days flow better or alternative ideas that may be more popular. I’m not super set on a lot of the Kyoto trips and would really like to spend a day or two in Osaka. Also need recommendations for places to have dinner. Thank you for anyone willing to help!

Day 3 is too full.
You get to Kyoto then going to Osaka, Hiroshima, Kobe the days after? Also you will get to Kobe first. That day will be ambitious. Why do you prefer Osaka over Kyoto?
Bamboo forest is opposite direction of Nara.
Use Day 3 as a wish list and then see how you feel once you’re here.
Parco is massive and there’s a ton of interesting stuff. I was just there today to go to two stores and I could have been there for hours. It will take a while if you really want to roam around.
Make sure you book tickets for Team Labs.
By Odaiba mall, what do you mean? There’s Aqua City, Decks, and DiverCity. Sadly Venus Fort and Palette Town are gone.
I lived in Osaka for 3 years. I can tell you that starting in Kyoto and visiting Kobe and Hiroshima in the same day sounds veeery hard.
When you get to Shin-Kobe station on the bullet train, you have to take a local subway to get to the “main” part of Kobe, JR Sannomiya Station. There are many things you can do in Kobe that are close to the station. Basically walking from Sannomiya to Motomachi (Chinatown) to Kobe (Mosaic). But seeing any of this and then hauling ass to Hiroshima sounds very tough. Also, Mosiac is best visited at night.
The thing about Hiroshima is that things are very spread out and you need a local train or taxi or some other way to get around once you’re there. Also, the 2 main attractions in Hiroshima, the atomic bomb museum and Itsukushima island could easily occupy an entire day. Be sure to make time to eat some Hiroshima style okonomiyaki when you’re there.
