When I got here I bought a SIM card and a recharge because I thought I’d need it and when it stopped working I assumed I just needed to recharge it but since I recharged it it won’t work even though it says there’s 7gb available, any advice please?
The tourist stuff is likely hard-limited to 30 days or whatever and stops working after that period. Recharge is likely to add data to an un-expired sim card, in case you ran out.

You bought their “tourist” sim, you should not be using that as a resident.
