Where to buy an adjustable cane in Tokyo?

The one downside to all the exercise I get from walking here is that it really exacerbates my bad knees and hip, so I’ve been looking for an adjustable cane to hopefully counteract that. I’ve checked the usual suspects (Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Daiso, variousドラッグスター) but haven’t had any luck. I’m probably just not looking in the right places, but honestly I still don’t fully understand how healthcare works here

Being adjustable is important – I’ve found non-adjustable walking sticks but I’m extremely short even by Japanese standards, so one-size-fits-all isn’t really an option for me; I need something I can tailor to my body. I would really appreciate any guidance!

  2. I got one on amazon back in 2020 for under Â¥1000. It goes down to around 50cm. I’m around 164cm tall and have it extended to around 87cm when I use it.
