Would anyone know how it would affect my application if one of my transcripts has a different first name on it? Or what would be a way to provide documentation of that name change?
I had a name change after community college, so my old transcript has that name, but my university transcript has my new legal name on it. I don’t really have any documentation of the name change either besides a receipt from paying for it.

Did you do a legal name change? You might need to go to city hall to get proof of name change. If not then email JET to see what documents you would need to provide that information to them.
Definitely one to email about. I think you’re in the clear for visa terms as you just need university transcript for that, but if you upload something with a different name they might think you’ve got your siblings documents or something mixed up.
Your passport and uni names would definitely need to match for visa processing.
