Japanese home cooks, need help with curry roux

Hello, I’ve been recently introduced to Japanese curry and found that they sell these curry roux blocks that helps you achieve the same result with minimal effort.

I live alone and as such, would like to figure out how much do I use for one serving for a man in his late 20’s. Figured this would be the best place to ask!

If you could also add some tips and hacks, do tell.

Thank you in advance!

  1. All the blocks. Just follow the package directions. It keeps well for a number of days in the fridge. If you have a freezer it will keep indefinitely. Cook one day, eat for five. Efficiency rules.

Once you’ve done it once, you’ll have an idea of what works for you as far as splitting the package across multiple servings.
