We will be taking the bullet train from Osaka to Kyoto. I know its not accurate but let me know if it’s feasible. We’re just going to stay in Kansai for 4 days.

Is it possible to visit these places in one day? Via train and bus?
We have an option to rent a van though but only for 10hrs

It might be possible but you will probably have a rushed, shitty day with too many people around you. But to each their own.
