For udon in Takamatsu, I’ve heard good things about [Yamada-ya](https://yamada-ya.com/). I’ve not been yet, though I’m not big on Sanuki udon. I prefer the more general style. By the way, if you really love udon, there’s [a cooking class business in Osaka](https://www.eatosaka.com/) that’s in English where you can learn to make handmade udon, among other things.
This is way too ambitious. I am getting heartburn just reading “Day 8: Travel to Kanazawa, Visit Kenroku-en Garden, Kanazawa Castle, Myouryuji (Ninja Temple), Higashiyama Higashi Chaya District, Travel to Toyama”
