Hello everyone! I will be visiting Japan next year in the spring and would like some feedback regarding my itinerary list. I (20 M) will be traveling with my brother (14). I have a loose list of things i would like to do but will be open for some recommendations as well. We are in interested in scenic sightseeing, Japanese cars (JDM), Gaming/otaku culture, shopping, traditional Japanese culture and food. I will be getting Suica/Passmo cards for us after arriving at the airport.
I chose early spring to catch the Sakura blooming but i am aware that this also peak tourist season. Some things on this list may not be doable in the same day due to the sheer amount of crowds present.
Day 1 (3/28)
* Arrive at Haneda around 4 pm
* Check into Hotel in Shinjuku
* Explore the surrounding Area and get dinner
* Walk around Kabukicho and maybe visit Kabukicho Tower
Day 2 (3/29)
* Eat breakfast and visit Meiji shrine in the morning
* Pick up some food from a conbini and have a picnic at Shinjuku Gyoen Garden (afternoon)
* Explore around shibuya (visit restaurants and shopping malls)
* Visit Harajuku and end the day off at Shibuya Sky
Day 3 (3/30)
* Hit up Teamlabs Borderless then the Mori Art Museum afterwards
* Explore the surrounding area of Roppongi Hills
* Snap some photos at the Tokyo Tower and end the day by taking a stroll in Ginza
Day 4 (3/31)
* Head to Asukasa
* Visit Senso-Ji Temple
* Nakamise street
* Maybe visit Tsukiji Fish Market
* End the day off by visiting the Tokyo Sky Tree
Day 5 (4/1)
* Explore Ueno
* Ueno Park/Zoo
* Akihabara

* Odaiba
* Small Worlds
* Diver city
* explore the surrounding area
Day 6 (4/3)
* Yokohama
* Gundam Factory
* Cup Noodles Museum
* Yokohama Chinatown
* Daikoku night car meet

* Day trip to Nara
Day 12 (4/8)
* Last day in osaka
* Osaka castle
* Osaka aquarium
* Open to more recommendations
Day 13 (4/9)
* Train back to Tokyo
Days 14-18 Im reserving these days for our shopping and missed spots in Tokyo. Unsure whether to take a Mt. Fuji day trip or not.
We leave on 15th of April at 4 pm
Im open to restaurant recommendations and cool spots to see sakura trees blooming. Any other tips or advice?
