We tried at EARTH hair and make. Initially my wife went alone but it seem if your japanese is not good enough, you’ll need someone to explain to you the chemicals and prices involve. When I got there, I can barely understand the services and chemicals involve. I get the gist of some things but I mostly ask for the recommended type for my wife’s type of hair. I explained my wife got a weak scalp so something that could strenghten it would be helpful. They said a little fizzy hair can occur only on close ups but promised hair wont get damaged. She’ll be returning on friday for the service. If anyone got salon (preferably english speaking), that you could recommend within hon atsugi – machida, Please do share. Also if anyone have an idea/link what kind of treatment/chemicals japanese use for hair straightening, please send it. Thank you

I’ve had a straight perm many times, to be honest I never really asked or cared about the chemicals involved, but I’ve never had any damage either. No frizz at the top and my hair is super easy to brush and style. Not really sure other than that it works 😂
