I love a proper gin and tonic, but they are expensive in proper bar. And the tonic water sold in the supermarket has all the sugar that I don’t need.
Does anyone know what’s the best way to get some nice tonic syrup in Japan? Found one called “Yaso” but they are a bit too expensive for my home bartending to be sustainable. Not looking for real quinine though, just the less sugar part.
(I am near Tokyo, if that matters)

So, like… just soda water and quinine? If you drinking at home just get run of the mill soda water and order quinine concentrate (edited for misspelling). Figure out a ratio that works for you.
all the sugar in tonic water? where are you buying it from? try your local big box liquor store foe intl brand tonic.
