Ice yes. Water no.
I’m sure they are out there but I don’t think it’s standard to hook your fridge up to water in Japan.
Our two door w/ ice maker isn’t hooked up to water. You manually refill a small tank for the ice maker.
Our fridge sucks tho so not going to list make & model.
Why not make ice at home put your water in the fridge?
Costco occasionally sells big American refrigerators, though not sure if I’ve seen any with the features you’ve mentioned. We also looked for one like that when we first moved here. The Japanese refrigerator we bought has an icemaker, but it wasn’t sufficient for our needs so we just buy bagged ice each week.
Water dispensers are a no go.
Fridges… lots. The current hot brand is perhaps Aqua. I like our Aqua fridge that cost probably half of what a “major” brand would.
Slightly less bells and whistles, but nice solid performance.
I haven’t seen fridge with water dispensers.. 2 doors with ice, yes plenty. Go check out Yodobashi Multimedia Akiba in Akihabara. If you find don’t find one there , it s unlikely you ll find them anywhere else. Stupid as it may sound… did you try amazon ?
Best
Every major brand has models with ice makers. If you open the fridge section you’ll see a water tank that you fill up. Below that is a drawer where the ice drops into.
Never saw a water dispenser because there is nowhere to connect water to it in a standard home. You’d have to get a custom build I suppose
