Should i push the bamboo grove to sat morning? Or skip the ropeway? I kind of want to go back to the grove, but is the ropeway a cannot miss thing?

The formatting is confusing, but from what I can understand 8/31 seems to be very packed especially with a 5pm dinner reservation.
Arashiyama bamboo grove only takes about 15-30 minutes, and you should definitely do it first thing in the morning before it is swarmed.
I get the appeal of eating “Kobe beef in Kobe” but otherwise I find Kobe very skippable as a city. In any case the night view from Mt Maya is more famous than the Shin-Kobe one.
