Hello everyone, I wanted to preface this by saying I am not a complete beginner to Japanese, but have been away from the language for a few years & am trying to quickly reacquaint myself for work reasons.
For a meeting that I am leading I would like to begin speaking with respectful snippet – to show I am working to better my Japanese but am not there fully yet.
Towards this I put together the following:
Org1とOrg2の皆様、おはようございます。
私たちが一緒にできる重要な取り組みについて話し合うためにご参加いただきありがとうございます。 私たちは両組織を尊重しており、これらのトピックについてお話しできることを光栄に思います。
Good morning, Org1 and Org2. Thank you for joining us to discuss the important work we can do together. We respect both of your organizations and are honored to speak with you on these topics.
I have tried to make this respectful – however am still new to keigo as it had been unnecessary until now.
Any feedback/tips towards unnatural grammar or the professionality of the language here would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: formatting was messed up.

I don’t see anything re: grammar or register, so good for you! I can however tell this was written by an English speaker from the second sentence because at least to me “we respect both organizations and I’m honoured to speak….” is a quintessentially English thing to say. Being a (non-native) English speaker myself, I can see why you say this and totally respect it. I wouldn’t tell you to change the statement in any way, but I thought you might find this response of mine interesting.
I don’t mean you to offend, but you asked about Keigo here, so I don’t think it may be better to use Keigo in the meeting. People who enough understand Keigo here may be able to advise you about it well, but they just can advise you about the situation you posted. You have to talk with your customers about various things other than it. So I recommend using です/ます form and some other Keigo you are already confident in.
