I just checked and each video is really long The Chapter 1 lessong 3 video is a whole hour!!! Is there a speedy review of all of Genki 1?
Edit: I misread it, it’s an hour for all of chapter 3 so that’s not bad. I’m watching the first rn would recommend. Sorry for the false alarm

Even if it was an hour or three hours. That’s a drop in the bucket compared to what you’ll be spending on the language as a whole. It’s categorized that if you’re coming in as a native English speaker, you will need around 2200 hours of useful studying/classroom time to be proficient at Japanese. This will be different person to person and the idea of “proficient” is variable. It’s not fluent, likely.
People pay for 2 hour college classes three times a week to finish one chapter.
