So, that’s it. I lost my passmo with a 6 months commuting. I know you can issue another one with your info. Thing is, my boyfriend issued that one for me and he doesn’t remember which date of birth he wrote when he issued the passmo. I have shown other documents like picture of the passmo and the name on it is my name. However they are telling me that if the date of birth doesn’t match with my document they can’t give it back to me. I also told them I have the payment info because we issued the commuting by credit card and they are telling me there’s nothing to do.
Can anyone give me any hope? , anywhere I can go? . I can proof it is my ic card since it is my name, and I’m the holder of the credit card (I can even show the payment and the picture of the passmo).
