Hello,
I am planning to open a restaurant in Morocco and wanted to know how much teppanyaki chefs make in Japan and if they are willing to work abroad.
What are the types of conditions that japanese are willing to accept for this type of work?
Thank you !

I’ll be watching this for updates. This could be the beginning of a grand adventure for someone
I don’t think teppanyaki is a thing in Japan. It’s American food actually.
Restaurant wages are really really low in Japan. Most of the good chefs own their restaurants or a stake in them so that’s how they make some kind of money. Your biggest challenge will be finding someone who speaks another language than Japanese fluently enough to work outside of Japan. Good luck with that.
