Japanese Novels or Otome Games with Vocabulary List

Hello, are there any otome games with a vocabulary lists or cheatsheet? I’ve checked out jpdb and tried reading nekopara (otome game) but the list of words used are not arranged in a chronological manner. I’m wondering if there’s a novel or otome game (preferably romance) with a vocabulary list (even if it’s on a site separate from the game)

  1. the first option inside the vocabulary list in “sort by” is “chronological”… seriously though, chronological is the worst way to learn words in, one word will be extremely common within the media you’re consuming and also very common overall, and the next word will be used 1 time in a 50 hour long visual novel and you won’t read again for 20 years. Learn by overall frequency or local frequency, I’d recommend local because it gets you into the media you’re trying to immerse with faster and the more common those words are the more they are going to be drilled into your head while reading, but pick your poison

  2. I don’t know of any lists. I do hope MaruMori.io makes otome game vocabulary lists sometime in the future since they do plan on making anime, manga, and video game vocabulary lists in the future.

For now you’d just have to use Nihongo Pro app. Take a picture of the game then put it into the app and it will highlight what the vocabulary words are.
