Looking to get some rolls of film developed before I head back home soon. I don’t mind traveling for a good reputable place, so anywhere in either prefecture is fine. I need a place that can digitally scan it and ideally email them to me.
Certain Bic Camera and Yodobashi Camera outlets offer same day development.
Akihabara for both definitely do, I think Shinjuku Yodobashi Camera does too.
Camera Kitamura in Shinjuku also does.
Considering how ridiculously expensive film have become, this post is a flex.
i don’t have good experience with kitamura. shit quality and give you files on the cd, which you have to wait for for like 2 hours if not more. i use kamera wa suzuki (suzuki yokohama camera joinus store). sorry, not your desired area i know. but they send the photos to you on LINE so that you don’t have to come back to the store. unless you want the negatives back.
Kitamura Camera have always been good for me. I get the film developed and just the scans of the images, so you don’t need to go back in. They will send a link via text to your phone. John from TokyoCameraStyle always recommends Yellow Jacket. Wonder Photo Shop in Jingumae has been recommended to me (although I have never tried it).

If you want quality, go to Harajuku’s Nation Photo. Amazing scans as well. If you want a cheap dev, Kitamura is fine!
We always get ours done at BIC Camera in Shibuya (the little branch near 109 building). Reasonable prices and quick turnaround- took 3 hours yesterday for the standard option, think there’s an express option too. You can choose to have them sent to you, printed or put on a CD or memory stick.
