Planning a trip to Tokyo -night bus recs

Ill be making a trip to Tokyo this upcoming three day weekend! First time to use the night bus too. I only know of willer express, are there any other sites to choose from?

  1. I once took one from another company and it sucked!

    My go to is Willer Express. I use it a lot for night trips and so far so good! I usually pay extra for the ladies policy and their “relax” seating.

    Must admit that since corona they added like a wall between seats and got a bit uncomfortable because you can’t see or move anything besides your seat. But since I sleep all night it wasn’t such a big deal.

  2. They’re all about the same. If you can pay more then go for a 3 seater rather than 4. Willer is a bit nicer due to the overhead cover they provide, but generally they cost a bit more too. Depends on your budget but probably for a first time go for something comfy.

    Other sites suggested don’t always have all the buses. Like the selection on japanbusonline is kinda poor but probably ok for major routes. I like Rakuten travel the best, just use Google translate.
