The guidelines for submitting transcripts says that they want the back pages too. Do they really want all of the back pages? Can I just include one of those pages? They all give the exact same information. Every back page is the same. I’m gonna go past the 10MB limit if I do every single back page.

I didn’t give them any back pages and it was fine. The rules may have changed though. I’d email your coordinator to he sure
I gave them because my documents say page x of x on them and thought it would be sus if I omitted any.
Why don’t you just lower the resolution of the scans? Unless it is a digital version..
For the US Application it doesn’t state EVERY back page. They specify that they want cover sheets or explanations pages. I know my grade explanation was only on the back of 1 page. Not sure which country you’re applying in though. I personally just used a free file compressor online and my text on the PDF still looks great.
