1. Looks amazing! I’m a big fan. I remember when he was the head chef at Morimoto and did the best omakases if you asked for him directly; I had no doubt that he’d do a stellar joint on his own. I tried the sake pairing once too and it was out of this world although of course pricey.

2. Wish had more light the darkness of the picture doesn’t do your awesome dishes justice 🤙🤙🤙
