Print-on-demand T-shirt manufacturer that ships globally?

Hi I was wondering if you know of any print on demand manufacturers that let you choose which location to fulfill in? I am trying to have my product manufactured in Japan but I can’t seem to find any service that will allow me to produce there if I’m not shipping only locally to that region, even ones that have a fulfillment center there like printful. Do you happen to know any websites? Thanks!
