Any English speaking hospital/ clinic in Tokyo area to get some blood test done as I feel I have some vitamin deficiencies.. Hopefully can cover with insurance too.. Any recommend ations pls ?

You should probably mention where you are.
If you are in Tokyo, perhaps tokyo midtown clinic (Tokyo Midtown medical center).
But since we don’t know your location, you can get a list of recommended providers from your health insurance company, and they might indicate which ones speak foreign languages.
If you want insurance to cover it, I’d say go to an English speaking general practitioner and get a referral to a hospital or place that does.
