Hello, early post but I just bought my ticket and am already filling out my itinerary lol. I am coming back to Japan this October and will be in the country for Halloween. Halloween falls on a Tuesday and was wondering if people party and wear costume the weekend prior or do it the day of. Secondly, what are some fun places to be at for Halloween, I am thinking of going to Golden gai, but can also be in Osaka
